Payments and Cancellations


All bookings must be made in writing (email is fine, written and delivered by carrier pigeon is fine, smoke signals are not a good way to contact us). We will charge a non-refundable booking fee up-front and the rest of the payment must be made 2 weeks in advance of your lesson. We accept the following methods of payment:

  • BACS transfer (preferred)
  • Paypal
  • Cash
  • Cheque (please allow an extra 3 days for cheques to clear)


We understand that sometimes cancellations cannot be avoided so we have a no hassle money back policy for any cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of your lesson. If you cancel within 7 days we can only give a partial refund. We will always do our best to help you in these situations, but cannot promise to give a full refund as we will have incurred costs ourselves at that point. Any cancellations must be given in writing (as above, email is fine).
